Yes. We create bespoke jewelry from scratch or transform heirloom pieces. We guide you through the entire creative and artisanal process.

3. What is the starting price for your jewelry?

From €100, up to high-end pieces with diamonds, emeralds, rubies, or sapphires.

4. What styles do you work with?

6. Can I return a piece of jewelry?

Yes. You have 60 calendar days to exchange or return your purchase, as long as the white security seal is intact and uncut. We can arrange insured pickup (optional).

7. How does shipping work?

• All our shipments are insured. Free shipping across Spain, and internationally for orders over €600.
• Delivery times: Spain 2–7 days, Europe 3–7, International 7–9
• In-store pickup available at Serrano 86 with prior appointment

8. Do your pieces come with a warranty?

Yes. All pieces include a certificate of authenticity and at least a 3-year legal warranty. Watches also include the official manufacturer warranty.

9. Do you offer repairs?

Yes. We repair, resize, restore, and clean gold jewelry. We also transform old pieces into new designs.

10. How do I choose the right size?

For rings, choose a standard size — the first size adjustment is free. For watches, choose based on your wrist size. Use our online size guide, request a ring sizer, or visit us in store.

11. Can I engrave my jewelry?

Yes. We offer free engraving on wedding bands, engagement rings, and more. Please note that engraved items are non-returnable.

12. Are your gemstones certified?

Yes. All jewelry comes with our authenticity and warranty certificate. Most diamonds over 0.25 ct are certified by GIA, IGI, or HRD. All our gemstones are ethical and conflict-free.

13. Do you use sustainable materials?

Yes. We use recycled gold and manufacture locally in our workshops to minimize environmental impact.

14. Where are you located?

Madrid (Serrano, Ortega y Gasset, Goya) and Valencia (Colón 37). Serrano 86 is our flagship store and the oldest jewelry boutique on Madrid's Golden Mile.
