In 1967, DOXA launched the revolutionary SUB concept, considered the first truly purpose-built diving watch accessible to a wider audience. The radical innovations it introduced at the time soon made it the benchmark for professionals as well.
Water-resistant to 30 bar, roughly equivalent to a depth of 300 metres, it was the first to feature a unidirectional bezel with a double scale for depth and dive time to calculate a safe ascent without decompression stops.

In 2021, more than 50 years after the birth of the legend, the SUB 300 is available for the first time in an unlimited carbon edition.

The SUB 300 in carbon remains faithful to its origins, while cultivating a bolder, more technical, but also more urban look. It takes the legend into the future, with high performance, putting an advanced lightweight material at the service of function. Measuring 42.50 mm in diameter, the SUB 300 Carbon features a pressure-resistant titanium case to protect the movement and a screw-down crown.
It is rated to 300 metres, equivalent to approximately 980 feet. Precision, robustness, reliability: the SUB 300's three-hand automatic movement is certified by the prestigious COSC Certified Chronometer, guaranteeing all three. It also provides a 38-hour power reserve. The date window is located at 3 o'clock.
The scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment is domed – a tribute to its heritage and to the curved plexiglass of the first SUB 300. All diving-related markings have a Super-LumiNova® luminescent coating to ensure optimal readability even in low visibility conditions.

The SUB 300 in carbon is available in 7 colours with the option of a rubber strap in black or in the same colour as the dial.
The strap, which features distinctive DOXA detailing on both sides, is fitted with a black PVD-treated folding clasp and decorated with the exclusive DOXA fish symbol.
It also has an adjustable diving extension to accommodate the thickness of a wetsuit.
